Implicit in the earning of the Adobe ACE ( Adobe Certified Expert ) certification is that the candidates have apprentice knowledge of graphic design based on the Adobe Creative Suite.

What are the compulsory exams to earn credit towards ACE certification?

Candidates who wish to become an ACE must pass the Adobe 9A0-019 Photoshop 6.0, the Adobe 9A0-031 Photoshop 7.0, the Adobe 9A0-036 Photoshop CS, the Adobe 9A0-043 Illustrator CS2, or the Adobe 9A0-045 InDesign CS2 exam. In preparation for this exam candidates are advised to also do the training appropriate Adobe application course. (Please note that the training course is a recommendation.) This training course is available from Adobe Bootcamp.

What can be done in terms of Recertification for ACE?

The certification validity period is two years. Recertification will thus be required.
